SmartHand Service Coverage

1. Server Reset
   Perform device reset or power off and power on for your equipment.

2. Visual Inspection
   Capture your device condition (indicator lights, cabling status).

3. Plug and Unplug Cable
   Perform cable unplug and re-plug activities.
   

How to Access

1. Log in to your MyCarrier account

2. Select the neuCentrIX menu, then choose SmartHand

3. Click Request Activity and select the location eligible for SmartHand quota

4. Fill out the form according to your remote handling needs, click Submit, and the neuCentrIX technical team will contact you via MyCarrier chat
