Cirebon – Telkom Indonesia is further asserting its position as a leader in the development of digital infrastructure in Indonesia by expanding its data center services with the launch of neuCentrIX Cirebon. The inauguration of Telkom’s 26th neuCentrIX was attended by the CEO of Wholesale & International Business (WIB) TelkomGroup, Bogi Witjaksono; CEO of Growth Business TelkomGroup, Honesti Basyir; Chief Information Technology Officer TelkomGroup, Herlan Wijanarko; and EVP of Telkom Regional II, Edie Kurniawan, held at the Telkom Witel Cirebon office on Thursday (24/10).

The opening of neuCentrIX Cirebon marks the start of operations for a modern data center expected to strengthen the digital ecosystem in West Java and provide secure data solutions for businesses across various sectors. "Make simplicity, security, and standardization the guiding principles in managing neuCentrIX," said Bogi Witjaksono, CEO of Wholesale & International Business (WIB) TelkomGroup.

Additionally, CEO of Growth Business TelkomGroup, Honesti Basyir, emphasized Telkom's commitment to the future of neuCentrIX. "neuCentrIX is a manifestation of TelkomGroup’s commitment to supporting digital economic growth in Indonesia," Honesti remarked.

Furthermore, Chief Information Technology Officer TelkomGroup, Herlan Wijanarko, encouraged all personnel to maintain service quality to ensure the success of neuCentrIX’s journey. "We must uphold operational discipline to deliver excellent service performance and customer experience," said Herlan.

At the same event, agreements and contracts were signed with four customers, including Media Akses Data, Juragan Wifi Indonesia, Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem/Weave, and Aplikanusa Lintasarta. This moment initiated Telkom's collaboration with strategic partners, particularly in the Cirebon area. The event concluded with a tour of the neuCentrIX facility, allowing Telkom’s customers and strategic partners to explore the value offered to customers and discuss expectations and feedback.

The presence of neuCentrIX in Cirebon is expected not only to meet the digital service needs of businesses in West Java but also to contribute significantly to Indonesia’s overall digital economic growth.
